Congress leader to join opposition party, BJP

Delhi: Congress leader Jitin Prasada is all set to join their opposition party BJP on Wednesday in New Delhi in the existence of the Union Minister Piyush Goyal.

According to the ruling party, Prasada has reached Union Minister’s residence in the city and is set to join the party at 1pm. Prasada is the son of senior congress leader Jitendra Prasad. He started his career with Indian Youth Congress as a general secretary in 2001. He won his first Lok Sabha Elections from his hometown Shahjahanpur in 2004. He was assigned as the general secretary of AI CC for the party’s West Bengal unit
